Who we are

What we collect and why
- Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. We use them only to reply to you, give you a quote and handle any order. Giving us your details is optional, but we need them to reply. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Visiting the site. Your IP address is processed by our hosting provider to deliver the pages and keep the site secure, and by Google when the map and fonts load. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and we never sell your data.
Who receives it
Only the service providers that help us run the website and our email: website hosting, form delivery (including an automatic spam check) and email (Google). Some of them are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages only as long as we need them to answer you and handle any order that follows, or as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give you a copy of it. Just email epilogesframes@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
